Shipping Policy
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Gerardo New York is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact client@gerardonewyork.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees not collected during checkout.
