Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact client@gerardonewyork.com with your order number, or log in into your client account & request a return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions and the appropriate shipping details.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact client@gerardonewyork.com immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized pieces
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification.
